Gear Operators For Electric Actuation

The Quarter-Turn Spur Gear      Operator are designed for Hand  operation or Electric multi-turn   actuation. Unites are suitable for Gates , Sluice and other Rotary Valves.

The unit are efficient , reliable , rugged and simple in construction . The   Housing is totally enclosed.

APPLICATION :
For the manual operation of pneumatic actuators / valves in event of electric or pneumatic failure.

Clockwise input at the hand wheel to give clockwise output as seen from top.
Can be provided with Adaptor plates & Coupling pins at Valve & Actuator ends to meet specific requirements.

Torque Range : 1000 N-m to 100000 N-m ( 12 Different Models)

Application in Butterfly valves, ball valves, Plug valves, Dampers etc.For these requirements, the movement of the valve stem is thru 90�. The large electrical actuators are multiturn type & there fore it is necessary to provide an intermediate quarter turn gear operator in between the valve & the actuator to achieve 90� rotation of the final control element.
